Nguyen & Pham, LLC is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal Near Norcross, GA

Opportunity to work in a close-knit law firm that values a positive work environment and work-life balance

Boutique, 30-employee law firm (2 locations) specializing in personal injury, immigration, and real estate law seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to join our rapidly growing practice. The candidate will work on family-based immigration and removal defense cases at our Norcross office. The ideal candidate should have no less than 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal with family-based immigration and removal defense. Outgoing, dynamic personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail are desired traits in the candidate.

Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday

Base Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Supplemental Pay & Benefits:

  • Annual bonuses as determined by the firm
  • 2 weeks (10 working days) of Paid Time Off
  • Paid holidays (at least 8 days per year)
  • 401(K)
  • Healthcare

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience (preferably with a strong background in family-based immigration, removal defense and asylum);
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills; and
  • Must be able to work on the entire case from initiation to completion under the supervision of an attorney.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferably)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to obtain documents and information pertinent for each case file
  • Complete immigration forms and put the case file together for attorney review
  • Follow-up with clients and provide updates on client's cases
  • Call USCIS and clerks of courts for case-related matters
  • Perform/complete any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervising Attorney
